  • eBooks and audiobooks aren't eligible, as this right was waived at the point of purchase.
  • Standard printed books are eligible, even though they're printed on demand. Personalized books may be excluded where noted at checkout.
  • If you withdraw, you pay the cost of return shipping. We'll send return instructions after you submit.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or your proof of return, whichever is earlier.
