Refund Policy

The Bookshelf offers a refund only on annual subscription purchases within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you also purchase a new domain through The Bookshelf at any time during those 30 days, your refund will be less the amount of your one-year domain purchase or $20.00 USD, whichever is greater. This also applies to any domains included as free with your annual subscription.

Domains are not cancellable or refundable once purchased. Keeping your domain also allows you to maintain its ownership and use on another website platform should you decide to apply it elsewhere.

If you would also like to keep the author email associated with your domain, this is an available option for an additional $12.00 USD for one year, which will also be detracted from your total refund amount. If you opt out of keeping your author email during the refund process, your author email and inbox will be deleted and no longer accessible.

Refunds are not available for monthly subscription purchases. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and will have access to your Bookshelf account until the current subscription period ends, at which time your account will not be renewed and access to it will close.

Domains are not available for purchase on a monthly subscription plan.
