Resetting Your Password

To reset your Bookshelf account password:

1. Go to app.thebookshelf.io/login

2. If you are already already logged into your account, you will be automatically directed to your Bookshelf dashboard. If you are not already logged into your Bookshelf account, skip to step #5.

3. Click your account name at the bottom of the left-side menu:

4. Click "Log Out" from the selections that appear:

When you are logged out, you will be automatically redirected to the Bookshelf Sign In screen.

5. From the Bookshelf Sign In screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link just above the password input space:

6. On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your Bookshelf account, then click "Send reset link":

7. Navigate to your associated email inbox to locate the password reset email sent to you. If you don't see it in your main inbox, check your Spam folder.

8. Click on the "Reset My Password" link inside the email.

9. A new window will open where you can create your new password. Be sure to click "SAVE" when finished, and use this new password to log into your Bookshelf account at app.thebookshelf.io/login.
